This is just a very minor fix.

I've updated the infrastructure used to check for updates. The old one was causing the UI for my other plugins to load very slowly and had also stopped working. The new infrastructure is hosted with Google so should be much more reliable.

Funnily enough, I also noticed that this plugin wasn't checking for updates at all. The code was there to perform the checks but I never actually implemented it until now :P
